Good people at scrap department. Adam has always been helpful when i had questions or had truck problems. Tiffany in office has a nack for making people smile and a good laugh is something that I never leave without. Friendly, polite, caring staff in scrap division. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had an issue that was not being resolved; however, under the new manager, I was contacted by personally, everything was worked out. I was more than frustrated but she was able to not only make things right..... she gave me more than I was owed for my troubles. Six months of being upset turned into a great relationship and a fresh start for us both. I will be giving Grade A my business again until I am proven otherwise. Highly recommended- after trying the u-pick route with no success, I ordered from GradeA. The staff was courteous, parts arrived when promised, for less than half the price another yard quoted. Thank you , James!
